He looks like an innocent small town farmer, but beneath the almost "amish-like" exterior lies the mind of a madman. Brown uses his farm as a "front" to conduct experiments which create giant, mutant animals. He is assisted by his daughter, Amy Lou. They turn out to be quite a handful for the "Bat Folk."
